Account Manager/Junior Advisor - Financial Services
As a member of the Financial Services team, the Account Manager / Junior Advisor will support the department’s Advisors with client services, business development, and department organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with Financial Services Advisors to service clients, both group retirement plans and individual wealth management clients
- Assist Financial Services Advisors in scheduling client meetings and preparing appropriate documents & reports for those meetings
- Schedule & facilitate group employee education meetings at retirement plan client sites
- Coordinate workflow between Advisors, clients, and carriers/platforms
- Complete specific follow up tasks that arise from client meetings
Account Coordinator - Medicare
As an Account Coordinator, you will serve as a knowledgeable support partner to the Licensed Medicare Agents and team by executing specialized operational functions, ensuring compliance accuracy, enhancing workflow efficiency, and supporting the client and agent experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Mange the intake, organization and closing of Medicare-related data with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee policy renewal processing with EPIC or Agency Bloc system, ensuring data integrity and timely completion.
- Coordinate and prepare pre-appointment documentation, including Scope of Appointment forms and Client Intake Sheets, ensuring readiness for agent consultations.
New Business Insurance Agent – Personal Lines
Sell personal insurance to new and referral prospects. This is a tremendous opportunity for a personal lines insurance agent to elevate their skills and responsibilities in a sales role. If currently in a sales role, this opportunity is elevated with the BHS presence and infrastructure, compensation plans and carriers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with new prospects who come to BHS from referrals, website, centers of influence, and phone calls. Obtain information from customers to complete quote submissions using a comparative rating tool. Make recommendations including up-selling and cross-selling essential insurance products. Provide accurate proposals for coverage.
- Utilize comparative rating software and software provided by carriers to develop solutions for prospects.
- Help prospects by asking probing questions to determine buying motivation and actively listening to determine customer needs.
Account Manager - Commercial Lines Department
The Account Manager will provide service to commercial account clients; develop and maintain relationships with clients and underwriters; assist producers in obtaining and retaining business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Service existing clients needs: billing, coverage, process questions, process cancellations
- Ensure client has adequate insurance coverage and the policy matches coverage requested; review policies and endorsements for accuracy
- New business calls, screen and educate prospective clients
- Quote and issue new and renewal business
