  1. Don’t delay! Call or email us immediately. We’ll help you obtain claim forms and help you completely. We will then forward the information to your insurer on your behalf.
  2. During the process of the claim, it’s very important to record and keep any documents related to the incident.
  3. Hold tight! Once the claim is filed, you should hear from your assigned adjuster within 48 hours.
